Welcome To The Ibaha Tribal Council
Welcome To The Ibaha Tribal Council
The Ibaha Tribal Council upholds justice through a traditional court system led by our elders, ensuring fairness, accountability, and the preservation of our values.
• Fair and Just Process – Every member has the right to a proper defense in any legal matter, honoring the principles of balance and truth.
• Protection of the Vulnerable – Crimes against women and children are met with immediate expulsion, reinforcing our commitment to the safety and well-being of our people.
Our responsibilities extend beyond governance. We are the guardians of our land, water, and air, ensuring that our natural resources remain under our stewardship for future generations. Our sovereignty is not just a right—it is a responsibility we uphold with unwavering dedication.
Our governance reflects the traditions and values passed down by our ancestors, ensuring the well-being of our people and the preservation of our way of life.
