1. Citizenship and Enrollment

• Membership is exclusive to those with documented lineage.

• Clans manage their own rolls, requiring notarized genealogies for verification.

2. Judicial System

• Legal matters are overseen by elders, with chiefs serving as advisors.

• Crimes against women and children result in immediate expulsion from the tribe.

3. Land and Resource Management

• All natural resources within Ibaha territory remain under tribal stewardship.

• No land may be transferred to outside entities without council approval.

4. Cultural Obligations

• Members must actively participate in ceremonies and traditions.

• Failure to engage in cultural practices—such as missing three ceremonies—results in removal from clan enrollment.

5. Economic Development

• Business ventures must align with ancestral values, prioritizing cooperation over exploitation.

• Clans work collectively to build self-sustaining communities.

6. Amendments and Governance

• Only the mothers of the founding clans hold the authority to amend the constitution, ensuring it remains rooted in ancestral wisdom.
